On September 12th, three Indonesian subsidiaries of Huayou Cobalt—Huafei Nickel Cobalt (Indonesia) Co., Ltd., Huaxiang Refining Indonesia Co., Ltd., and Huaneng New Materials Co., Ltd.—received the ISO 37301 Compliance Management System Certification from Bureau Veritas. This marks Huayou Cobalt's full integration into international compliance standards for its new energy lithium battery material integrated industrial base in Indonesia, laying a solid foundation for global development.

On September 15th, the China Enterprise Confederation released the "2025 China's Top 500 Enterprises" list, with Huayou Holding Group Co., Ltd. achieving 259th place with ¥101.734 billion in 2024 revenue. The total revenue of China's Top 500 Enterprises in 2025 reached ¥110.15 trillion, with the entry threshold rising for 23 consecutive years to ¥47.96 billion (up ¥579 million).

On September 12th, the "Huayou Chongxue Award" ceremony was held at Tongxiang Gaoqiao Experimental School. Zhang Jianhong, Chairman of the Company's Headquarters Labor Union and Assistant to the President, represented the company and delivered a speech. In 2025, 451 students from primary and secondary schools in Tongxiang Economic Development Zone (Gaoqiao Subdistrict) received the award, with a total prize of ¥400,800.

In August, the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) official website announced that Huafei Nickel Cobalt (Indonesia) Co., Ltd. had successfully passed the Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP) audit. Huafei has become an Indonesian smelting enterprise conducting due diligence management on nickel and cobalt mineral supply chains and passing the RMAP audit.

Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region announced the 2025 Guangxi Green Manufacturing List, highlighting that three companies from Huayou's Guangxi campus—Guangxi Huayou New Materials Co., Ltd., Guangxi Huayou Lithium Industry Co., Ltd., and Guangxi Bamoo Technology Co., Ltd.—have been simultaneously recognized as green manufacturing facilities. This achievement underscores Huayou's outstanding success and unwavering commitment to advancing sustainable manufacturing practices.

On September 1, the Taillong–Chowei–Huayou Integrated Strategic Cooperation Meeting on Sodium-Ion Technology was held at Huayou Quzhou Industrial Park, aiming to foster deep integration across the sodium-ion battery industry chain—both upstream and downstream—and to build a collaborative, innovative ecosystem that drives mutual benefits and shared success.
